The Verge [wip]
A seemingly barren wasteland carved from millennia of erosion and the baking sun. This stretch of land creeps in-between the center of Vemori's main continent, providing a buffer between regions and their tribes. Legends of an endless string of tunnels interwoven beneath the baked sands and cliffsides lures thrifty adventurers in search of new wealth, though few have made it out of them alive.

Deep within the caverns that lay hidden beneath the Verge, the entryway into the goddess Nazri's shrine waits in endless slumber. Without a single visitor for centuries, the goddess of mischief and madness latches onto Rhea's presence and coaxes a sacrificial offering from the Tekk girl. Now imbued with a deity's blessing, new possibilities await.

The islands to the far east, homeland of Ilyria, hoisted in the air through unknown, magnetic sources. Its inhabitants are secretive and whimsical, their Fiends often in some avian form. With only vines tethering their beloved isles to the shores, they enjoy their privacy. Rites of passage for their Fiends, should they be flighted, includes a challenging flight course around and below the isles.
